Kameelboomkoelte offers accommodation in seven fully equipped, self-catering open plan, air-conditioned units/chalets (sleep 18 people) with braai (barbeque) facilities. This is the ideal stopover for traveling individuals / couples or family groups on their way to the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, Namibia and Botswana. Cool off in the large sparkling blue pool, soaking up the sun or simply lazing around. Kameelboomkoelte has a wheelchair-friendly Unit (Sleeps only 2) and Diamond T Coffee Shop is within walking distance for meals and curios. All meals can be served onsite with arrangements made. (24-48 hours prior to arrival)

Stay longer if you can!
We spent 6 nights at kameelboomkoelte and did day trips from there, including one to the park. It worked out really well as the area has so much more to offer than just the park. Also, we had the comfort and benefit of top notch accommodation with extremely welcoming and attentive hosts in Nina and Kieka. Really, if you stay just one night as a stopover, you’ll be missing out. Stay longer if you can

Van die bestuurderes wat ons ontvang het tot die kat wat by ons kom inloer het was almal baie gasvry en hartlik. Wat ‘n netjiese en stylvolle oornagplek. Kan dit hoogs aanbeveel.
Heerlike tydjie in goed toegeruste verblyf met gasvrye personeel in ‘n Kalahari-juweeldorpie.
Ons het daar oornag op pad na die Kgalagadi Oorgrenspark. Die verblyf was van hoogstaande standaard en die dorpie het alles gebied wat ons nodig gehad het. Behalwe dat die twee beskikbare kitsbanke leeggetrek was!

‘n Oase in die Kalahari.
Kameelboomkoelte bied alles wat nodig is om net af te pak en te ontspan. Eenhede is luuks en super skoon, selfs in die Kalahari-stof. Die persoonlike verwelkoming wanneer jy deur die hek ry verdien vermelding. Die eienaar was deurentyd in kontak met ons om seker te maak ons is veilig daar. Ek het reeds ‘n bespreking vir April 2021. Sal enige tyd weer hier kom oornag.

As jy opsoek is na Puik, netjiese, gerieflike, pragtige en skoon akkomodasie dan is hierdie “Kalahari Hemel” net vir jou bedoel. Elke vorige review wat ons gelees het is presies wat ons ontvang het. Hartsplek in die Kalahari
Van aankoms tot vertrek was ons soos konings behandel. Die eienaars en bestuurder het uit hulk pad gegaan om seker te maak alles is 100%. Gaan ons beslis weer sien!

Netjies, modern maar “smelt in by natuur”, ruimtelik, vreindelik.
Perfek 10/10. Dit was onvergeetlik, pragtig, skoon, gerieflik, sstylvol en baie ruim en luulks.

“Kameelboomkoelte is the best place we’ve stayed”
Hi Nina, we are still here and ended up staying 4 nights ! The place is in great condition as before. We’ve just spent 3 weeks in Namibia and kameelboomkoelte is the best place we’ve stayed on the trip. It must be tough to keep it going with Erik’s stroke, but keep it up, its a one of a kind place !
“Juweel in die Kalahari”
Hartlike ontvangs deur ons vriendelike gasvrou, laat jou dadelik tuis voel/ Netjiese en pragtige eenhede en tuin met genoeg parkering. Die Chalets is goed beplan en baie goed toegerus met alles wat jy benodig. Heerlike stoep vir braai en kuier. Ons het behoorlik spesiaal gevoel.
Wat ‘n juweel in die hartjie van die Kalahari. Ons sal Kameelboomkoelte verseker aanbeveel. Omring deur die bekoorlike dorpie Askham met sy vriendelike mense en rustige atmosfeer.
